What strategies would you implement to prevent further episodes of potentially dangerous patient outcomes?

oThe Pathway for Fostering Organizational Civility (PFOC) is one paradigm

that may be adopted to build healthier and more civil workplaces. To

implement PFOC, there are four steps: raise awareness and establish

leadership support, create and empower a civility team and seek broad-

based support, analyze organizational civility at all levels, and found a

data-driven action plan (Clark, 2019). It's critical to raise awareness since

you're dealing with a problem. Assemble and empower include everyone

working together to solve the situation and teach the value of civility. Other

measurements and implementations should be evaluated to aid in civility

education. Create a strategy for bringing everyone together to debate the

situation, educate, comprehend, and implement change. Everyone on staff

will be treated with respect and will be recognized as a valuable member

of the team. Practical cooperation, according to research, can significantly

improve quality of care, patient safety, workload reduction, staff stress

reduction, job satisfaction, and retention (Kumar, 2014). We shall promote

an open environment in which people may courteously communicate with

one another. All employees will be taught the rules and expectations.

Effective communication and teamwork have been shown to improve

patient safety in studies (Gluyas, 2015
