The new need analysis is the process that consists of a series of interrelated steps while in
original need analysis they focus on organization analysis, task analysis and person analysis. The
new need analysis process indentifying training needs originates slowly and informally with a
concern. The concern is the main point which is also called itch. The next step describe the
importance in the organization to solve the performance problem for instance, in this case they
want increase the sales of the company to solve this problem they focus to improve training
program. After that, they have to consult stakeholders who have interest in outcomes of the
organization then they have to collect the data which involve three levels of original need
analysis.
