challenges in interdisciplinary collaboration during remote care were identified. Strategies to mitigate these challenges involve a proactive approach. Firstly, establishing clear communication channels is imperative. Utilizing secure platforms for virtual meetings, maintaining a shared digital workspace, and implementing standardized communication protocols can enhance collaboration efficiency (Schot et al., 2020). Secondly, fostering a culture of shared decision-making and open communication promotes active participation from all team members. Regular training sessions on virtual collaboration tools and protocols can bridge the gap caused by geographical dispersion. Lastly, leveraging telehealth technologies, including remote monitoring and teletherapy, can strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring that the patient receives continuous and comprehensive care despite the physical distance (Schot et al., 2020).
