be compared to the organization desired levels as indicated by performance goals and objective.
The gap between two represents the organization training needs and determine the precise

content of the training course whereas on the wed practical activities are not done which unable
to know the performance of the employee.
According to my perception, need analysis should be conducted because it will provide
proper information which department of the organization need training. Moreover, designing
training program became easy and convenient due to clear picture of objective and goals of the
organization and it should put great impact on the organization because they will know which
training program suites at which department.
