performance. It is usually referred to the acquisition of knowledge and skills as well as behavior
on the job. In this case study, the organization develops the training program after analysis the
information into performance outcomes by conducting investigation on need analysis which will
became the training objective through this it was easy to read the job behavior likely to be
approved, learned and used on the job.
However, once training program developed the next step is to design a training program. The
training objective is to provide appropriate course of action to manage the performance problem
thus, with the help of this company will decide whether to purchase or designed in the house. In
this case, they want immediate training program so they purchased from local vendor which will
reduce their time of establishing training program.
The training program has immense impact on both trainee and manager because it helps them to
