In order to enhance the results of insurance claims and data protection, the HIPPA act, compensation claims, and fraud prevention policies encourage better recordkeeping, electronic health records, and the security of patient information (Isola & Anil, 2021). Considering that Medicaid does not cover all illnesses, treatment programs, and drugs, one unfavorable consequence may be that it becomes more challenging to deliver high-quality care with a high caregiver ratio at a reasonable rate (Haahr et al., 2020). When everything is taken into account, it is evident that caregivers including you and I play a crucial role in providing health care services. In addition to being caregivers, we also serve as educators, decision-makers, supporters, caretakers, managers, and organizers. As a result, we play a crucial role in the delivery of health care in many ways, and our collaborative efforts have the power to change the way integrated care is provided.
