Sample/Setting: The study will take place at the local crisis center (Aspire) in the outpatient setting. This setting allows for the client’s to feel more secure and more willing to participate in the study since he/she will be in a familiar place with other people with mental health disorders. The population for this research study will be made up of 100 participants, ranging in age from 18-55 years old. A non-randomized method will be used to gather the appropriate information. Samples should not be either too big or too small since both have limitations that can compromise the conclusions drawn from the studies (Faber & Fonseca, 2014). With 100 participants ample sampling will be collected for this research. Sample Strategy: Purposive sampling will be utilized for this research study. Researchers purely consider the purpose of the study, along with the understanding of the target audience. A purposeful sampling method will be utilized to seek out 100 participants ages18-55 years old. The participants will be chosen from a pool of mental health clients
