Religion also plays an important component to daily lives.” (Gundersen Health, 2018) Health and wellness play a massive role in Hispanics and their families. Along with health and wellness, for the most part, so does religion and family dynamics. - How many years have you lived in the United States (or another country, as appropriate)? I have lived in the U.S. for most of my life. After high school, my parents and I relocated to Miami. After a few years, we decided to move back to Nicaragua. I stayed in Nicaragua for about two years when we decided to move back. I got married shortly after, and my husband and his family are also from Nicaragua.
