Introduction

The patient selected is Amanda Wheaton who is a 23-year-old patient with the chief complaint of having a sore throat. In the process of collection of patient data and making the assessment and diagnosis there is a need for ensuring that one takes into account the objective as well as the subjective data. The data will help in ensuring that one makes the correct decision on the steps to be taken in handling the health services of patients. The patient has been examined, diagnosed and recommended medication has been indicated or the plan of care for the medication. This paper presents a reflection of the case scenario.

One of my strengths is that I am a good team player.
