Intervention Presentation and Capstone Video Reflection Intervention Presentation and Feedback from Patients Telephone-delivered interventions (TDIs), particularly customized telephone training sessions, are highly promising in minimizing health problems experienced by diabetic patients. Telephone training interventions can be provided by paraprofessionals, unlike primary care interventions which medical experts must provide (Pludwinski et al., 2016). The patients are provided with a ten-minute training session each week for not more than three months in the intervention. After three months, two other ten-minutes sessions are administered each week for other three months. The provision of the TDIs is regulated by specified procedures that highlight the behavioral goals, patient's needs, patient-centered care, coordinated and collaborative care administration, and cognitive behavioral therapy to encourage behavior modification (Van de Goor et al., 2018). Preliminary evidence asserts that the interposition is viable since it improves diabetes self-management. Patients' analyses state that telephone care through customized training assists them in accessing vital data, therefore encouraging a better comprehension of vital features of their health conditions and management. Patients also asserted that the intervention provided them with an opportunity to cooperate with healthcare providers in the management of their diseases since telephone sessions are usually personalized to every patient's specific requirement. Patients who received telephone training sessions twice per week indicated high gratification levels and stated that they would advocate the interposition to other diabetic patients.
