Utilization of the EBP Model The evidence-based practice (EBP) model I employed for developing the care plan is the "ACE Star Model". This model incorporates a systematic approach. As such, Brunt and Morris (2023) propose a paradigm consisting of five components, namely Ask, Collect, Evaluate, Integrate, and Disseminate. This framework offers a systematic way for integrating evidence into clinical decision-making and patient care. By thoroughly reviewing relevant literature and evidence, I sought guidance in tailoring interventions to our patient's unique needs.
