Arguably, the BSN course curriculum at the Western Governor University has taught and helped me in achieving the program outcome. The program outcomes are as detailed Effective Communication: Most of the courses include a performance project which was helpful in improving my writing skills tremendously. My communication skills were also enhanced because in the leadership course, I gained significant insights on how to present a problem or an issue to the unit director and take a step forward to correct it. Clinical Reasoning: My clinical reasoning skills were improved as a result of the knowledge that I gained during the evidence-based practice assignments. During my research, I learned the importance of skin-to-skin care and the clinical reasoning behind it.
