The main concept is on how to entrench civility at the workplace and how it influences
the organizational performance in both ways. The theory indicates that unsafe working
environment that encourages bullying and harassment of employees will hinder the attainment of
corporate mission. The concept is aligned with the results of the assessment since it is important
to eliminate incivility by encouraging trust and cooperation among nurses. The results indicates
that nurses who experience incivility such as biasness and discrimination on the basis of an
identifiable character will develop negative perceptions regarding the health facility and leave
