With the COVID-19 pandemic, incorporating technology in healthcare is one of the most effective ways to extend help to people, reach people in the remote areas, and lessen the likelihood of catching the disease. Contrary to the belief of many, telehealth is not a new service. It was first practiced in the 1960s. It was utilized to provide medical assistance when face-to-face consultation or communication was not feasible for various reasons.
