A1. Five-Year Professional Development Plan Short-term Goals (One Year): My short-term objectives for the first year of my professional development plan are increasing my academic knowledge and getting practical experience. My professional goal is to find a position at a prestigious hospital where I can put into practice the knowledge and skills I gained during my Nursing degree. My ability to build clinical knowledge and improve my ability to provide evidence-based treatment will be aided by this experience. I plan to participate in research projects and collaborate with professors and other experts to further my education in the field of nursing. Intermediate Goals (Three years): I want to become a nurse leader within the next three years. After finishing my master's degree, I plan to go back to school and earn a certification in nursing leadership or healthcare management. Consequently, I will be in a stronger position to oversee the effective utilization of resources, direct interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and back up quality assurance initiatives across the organization. Also, I would like to share the results of my research at relevant conferences and meet influential people in the field
