The clinic’s CEO is the general leader. He is in charge of developing policies and stating ways of managing the clinic, and he works with the management board to do so. All projects are directed, planned, and harmonized by the BOD, which meets with officials and individuals who share their perspectives on diverse programs. The TARC initiative intended to guarantee that the welfare of patients and employees is taken into consideration, and that the CEO can guarantee that all of the objectives described are carried out in order to get the best possible results.
