A public health nurse’s core responsibility is to combine community engagement and population awareness with intimate, professional understandings of the health and disease interactions of people and families in the population (Woolf & Braveman, 2011). A public health nurse may also help representatives of the group express their problems and desires by translating and articulating the health and disease views of varied, frequently disadvantaged people and communities in the population of health planners and decision-makers. Public health nurses are educated about various intervention methods, including those that apply to the whole community, the household, and the patient (Woolf & Braveman, 2011). A public health nurse frequently uses tailored initiatives, services, and advocacy to communicate information from social health to people and demographic groups. We engage in various events in my neighborhood to hold people involved in wellness practices and activities that encourage and enhance their life and well-being. In collaboration with the hospital, the city organizes an organic food delivery drive.
