Summarize the overall health behaviors of the family. Describe the current health of the family. The family's overall health conduct can be graded as a positive and even commendable. This is because, due to a woman in the family who is very passionate about diet and fitness, the family has taken a holistic approach to their wellbeing. The family's wellness policy is the popular expression that prevention is better than treatment. For this purpose, as the primary means of supporting their health and also avoiding diseases, their main priority is taking care of their nutrition. They adopt a very strict diet regime with very limited food options characterized by balanced and organic foods. To them, this is a culture that they have consciously developed just for the purpose of encouraging family wellbeing, but also to try to develop the culture of healthy eating in their kids from an early age that they will carry on to their adulthood. This is important to them because it is very difficult to develop a habit of healthy eating in such fast-paced environment. For parents and teenagers, exercise is often a very necessary part of their health life. Kids are particlurly discouraged by the sedimentary lifestyle that comes with the comfort of video games in the home. The two parents are constant about a regular 30-minuts workouts that include the kids from time to time and also make time every weekend for a family workout session. Other than this, children are encouraged to engage in recreational activities that physically involve them both in school and at home, such as school sports and games such as bike riding at home. However, once a condition occurs, the family is not very religious about medical visits and checkups. Their form is more preventive. In general, their current health can be defined as being at high level because they are all physically fit and they have all reported being mentally fit and have also reported very few disease incidences in the past year.
