Personal Qualities There are mainly three key personal attributes that I should note, including effective communication, work ethic and management. I recognise my communication skills to be essential, in contrast to examining my communication abilities in detail. Communication ability plays a crucial role in people's daily lives in communicating with various types of people during the day. Verbal and written communication are excessively essential, as they may reduce the chance of misconception (Vogel, Meyer and Harendza, 2018). Additionally, an appropriate communication skill can increase the growth of productivity as well. It requires the capability to communicate with various people concerned, and to use the language those on the receiving end would be able to understand and respond to. As per the report on the aspirations of job applicants, there are certain strengths that most leaders are searching for when hiring their new workers. Those include verbal and written communication abilities, organisational capabilities, dedication to training and responsibility, self-enhancement, time management, technical skills, and the skill to deal with problems.
