Furthermore, a study plan is important to my psychological health since an organized study plan helps me to realize my weaknesses and opportunities for growth on time and relieves my stress by fixing them on time. This paper will address my areas of strength and areas for growth after completing the certificate pre-test, as well as clarify my future objectives with a timeframe that will assist me to achieve my qualifying examination. Summary of Strengths and Opportunity for Improvement I now have a greater understanding of my skills, limitations, and opportunities for progress after taking my National Certification Exam pretest. I've realized that my areas of strength are pharmaceutical foundations and physical evaluation throughout my lifetime, especially in adulthood. Abilities for kids and teenagers, which I am not proficient in pathophysiology, and evaluating, especially including neuroanatomy, genomic, neurophysiology, and epigenetics are things that can be improved. I've developed a lot of expertise and understanding in assessment, interviewing, acquiring a history, diagnostic testing, changes, treatment options, and psychological state over the last few years, therefore this is also my strongest field. My prospects for progress or development will involve learning about using psychometric properties existing instruments, specifically for children and teens, as well as researching the reliability of the data
