Westminster, Md has partnered with the state of Maryland and Carroll County to provide services for those in need. Operation Save a Life Naloxone training is a free training program that is offered to all individuals in Westminster, MD. It is offered the third Wednesday of each month and a free naloxone kit is provided for those who attend.
