Assess your performance in creating and documenting a problem statement within the iHuman case.

I found the problem statement to be one of the most challenging areas of the iHuman case study. It was challenging for me to form the problem statement because I was unsure of how to word it and what to include within the statement. In my first problem statement, I did not include the patient’s age or past medical history. I thought the problem statement should only include the chief compliant, symptoms of present illness, and physical examination findings. After I submitted the first iHuman and it showed me what the problem statement should have been, I understood it better. I understand that it should consist of the patient’s age, past medical history, their chief complaint, symptoms of present illness, and physical examination findings. To improve my performance for the next Ihuman, I would like to practice a few problem statements. I am going to search the internet and find some examples from scholarly sources to better help me understand how to formulate the statement. I have also printed the problem statement that I
